The past 12 months haven’t put a dampener on Club Med’s development plans, and this year will see a couple of really exciting new openings that are going to be ones to watch for incentives planners.
First up will be Club Med Seychelles, opening Spring 2021. The 5 Trident luxury resort, part of the brand’s Exclusive Collection, will be the exclusive occupant of the island of Sainte Anne, which is itself a protected national marine park.
It’s an eco-certified resort, offering groups a wide variety of responsible and wellness-orientated activities including trekking, jungle hiking and yoga, diving and island-hopping aboard catamarans.
As with all Club Med resorts, there will be the possibility to privatise the resort completely during shoulder seasons, making it possible to plan for incentives of more than 250 people plus their partners.
Closer to home, Club Med La Rosière is their latest Alpine addition. Located at an altitude of 1,900 metres and in the shadow of Mont Blanc, the resort is located in the famous St Bernard Pass and an international ski zone that zig zags between France and Italy.
Here’s something that’s good to know: when you book a group at one of Club Med’s ski resorts, ski passes and lessons are included as standard. Perfect if you’re planning a trip for a party that includes skiers of all levels, including complete beginners.
Can’t make the ski season? Club Med La Rosière will also open during the summer, and this can be just as rewarding a time to bring a group here.
