We invited around 50 event agents and corporates to dinner with our colleagues from Club Med’s UK sales office. On the menu: Fillet of Sea Bass with a Celeriac Remoulade, Roast Chicken with a Coq au Vin Sauce and Gratin Dauphinoise, and finished with a Crème Caramel.
The only catch? Well, they had to cook it themselves first!
Taking place at London’s Underground Cookery School in Shoreditch, we were joined by the likes of TAG, BI Worldwide, Absolute Corporate Events, Ten6 Creative and George P. Johnson.
